I have a jailbroken iPhone 5S that has an unresponsive touch screen until i lock and unlock the phone. I never had this issue before, I am pretty sure its a software issue because it starts working fine when I lock and unlock it again. I am able to get in the phone due to TouchID but I cant open apps or slide home screen pages because the screen wont register my touch.

If I wait like 10 seconds, it will work fine, but if i open an app, it will start registering random touches. Like Maill will look like its having a stroke where it goes in and out of edit mode randomly. I am not sure if I can restore to 7.0.6 (which I am currently on). Does anyone else have this issue or know whats going on? Any help will be appreciated.
